Hi, I’m Robyn—cheesemaker, educator, and founder of Cheese From Scratch.

I started making cheese in 2014 after my husband (a former dairy farmer turned cattle rancher) brought home our first family milk cow. What began as a necessity quickly became a passion, and today I make cheese regularly for our family on our ranch, where we’re raising our three children.

Over the past five years, I’ve taught thousands of students around the world how to make cheese at home through Instagram, online courses, live speaking engagements, and my monthly membership, The Milkmaid Society.

I’m also the author of Cheese From Scratch: Natural Cheesemaking at Home, where I share simple, traditional methods to help you confidently turn your own milk into cheese.
