Hi everyone, I am a dairy farmer’s wife and we have 120 milk cows in Chilliwack BC. I have a 19 and 17 year old son’s and my oldest is working on the farm. I have always liked to bake and cook and have been baking bread and buns forever. I started sourdough 3 years ago and was following Venison for dinner on Instagram. I made some cheese curds and feta and then made Kate’s Gouda and butterkaeser. I really enjoyed making cheese and also made Jack, cheddar, Edam and then lots of them with different spices, I started following Robyn and loved all the info she knew about cheese. I made mozzarella and then brined it and it was amazing. I am loving learning more about the cheese making process.
