Around the holidays, many people spend time baking special cookies and desserts, ones that they may not otherwise make throughout the year. As homesteaders, you may brew your own special cider in preparation for the holidays, or grow turkeys just for the occasion. On our homestead, Christmas Cheeses are also part of our preparation for these special days.
There is rarely a day in December that doesn’t include some sort of special “snack tray”. Homemade pickles, cured meats, and of course, Cheese! That’s why this year, I made up my mind early that I was going to be sure to create content that would help other homesteaders fill their Christmas tables with Cheese. Last year I released a Christmas Cheeseboard Ebook, and delighted in watching as Homesteaders around the world made their own cheese for Christmas. However, as handy and cool as an Ebook is, it doesn’t offer the same visual learning opportunities as video tutorials do. That’s why this year, I have recreated my 2021 Christmas Cheeseboard Ebook into a course just for you!
This course takes you through the weeks coming up to Christmas. It will take you through a 6 week cheesemaking schedule, but you will want to make sure that you have all of your ingredients in place before this timeline, so that on that first week, you can jump right into cheesemaking.
